현대자동차의 CRATER가 ‘2026 레드닷 어워드: 디자인 콘셉트’에서 본상(Winner)을 수상했습니다.

CRATER는 현대자동차 오프로드 특화 라인업 XRT의 진화된 디자인 방향성을 제시한 콘셉트카입니다. 현대자동차의 대담한 디자인 비전과 혁신성이 세계 무대에서 다시 한번 인정받은 것을 진심으로 축하드립니다.

Studio EON은 CRATER의 디자인 시각화 콘텐츠 제작에 참여해, 현대자동차의 디자인 비전을 정교한 비주얼로 구현하는 과정에 함께했습니다.

2025년부터 Studio EON은 현대자동차 디자인 조직 내 여러 팀과 협업하며 고품질 디자인 이미지와 영상 제작은 물론, 차세대 디자인 콘텐츠의 품질과 활용도를 높이기 위한 기술 R&D까지 협업 영역을 확대해 오고 있습니다.

특히 현대자동차가 디자인 프로세스에 Unreal Engine 기반의 실시간 시각화와 콘텐츠 제작 방식을 본격적으로 확대해가는 과정에서, Studio EON은 자동차 디자인 데이터에 대한 이해와 CGI·리얼타임 제작 역량을 바탕으로 새로운 제작 방식과 결과물의 완성도를 함께 발전시키고 있습니다.

이번 성과를 만들어낸 현대자동차의 모든 관계자분께 축하의 말씀을 전하며, 뜻깊은 프로젝트에 함께할 수 있어 기쁘게 생각합니다.

Hyundai Motor’s CRATER has been named a Winner at the Red Dot Award: Design Concept 2026.

CRATER is an off-road concept vehicle that explores the evolving design direction of Hyundai Motor’s XRT lineup. We sincerely congratulate Hyundai Motor on receiving global recognition for its bold design vision and innovation.

Studio EON was honored to contribute to the design visualization content for CRATER, helping translate Hyundai Motor’s design vision into a refined visual experience.

Since 2025, Studio EON has collaborated with multiple teams across Hyundai Motor’s design organization. Our work has expanded from high-end design imagery and films to technology R&D focused on enhancing the quality and potential of next-generation design content.

As Hyundai Motor continues to expand the use of Unreal Engine-based real-time visualization and content production within its design process, Studio EON has been working alongside its teams to advance new production approaches and visual quality—combining a deep understanding of automotive design data with high-end CGI and real-time production capabilities.
